Many of our party hosts do not need a kitchen for their party plan. Depending on your event's details, there's a variety of ways to display food trays and warmers.
Kitchen Reserved Separately
The full kitchen is reserved separately from the main hall and includes use of sinks, appliances and tableware. If you require the kitchen for your event, you may let us know at time of booking or it can be added on later if needed.
Caterers Welcome
Our kitchen is a full use, licensed commissary kitchen for licensed caterers and food preparation, available weekdays after 4pm.

Our size is what makes us special, but be aware that our indoor table seating is limited to 40 seated. We welcome larger groups that don't require formal seating. The outdoor space adds a lot of extra room for outside seating, but is limited by the temperature and weather.
Our rates based on group size are as follows:
Small Group Rates are a maximum of 20 guests.
Large Group Rates are based on over 20 guests.
We have found that often times set up takes longer than anticipated. That's why we offer pre-set sessions, (instead of by the hour), so that guests may utilize as much or as little time as needed within the booked period. This allows plenty of time for set up or cleanup, without rushing or concern for going over. (Although we will consider moving the time, depending on availability.) Arrival or departure may be at anytime within the reserved session. We have found the following times work well for most events:
Daytime Session - 9am to 3pm
Evening Session - 4pm to 10pm
Full Day Session - 9am to 10pm
Weekend Package - Friday 4pm to Sun 11am

Give us a call! We will take down your information and then email you with easy links to get your booking all confirmed. If you prefer you can tell us about your gathering by filling out an inquiry form which gets emailed. Either way we will respond as soon as possible!
ALL RENTALS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Garden patio, Covered deck, Rustic bar & small gathering area, Propane fire ring, String & solar lighting for evenings

We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Cashapp. Credit card payments are subject to 3% fee on total added at time of rental. At booking, you will be sent a link to sign the booking agreement and pay, or you can give card information over the phone, or pay separately.
Our policies are simple:
The space must be left in the condition in which it was found. There's a suggested list of tasks and basic supplies available for cleanup. Basically it's trash, wipe down everything and sweep. If the space is not adequately cleaned, a minimum of $75 will be charged. More details can be provided at time of booking. Glitter and confetti is not allowed.
We are open to changing the date up to 14 days ahead, depending on the circumstances and availability of a new date. Please reach out to us if you have a conflict. Schedule for cancellation: (a) Fourteen (14) days or more prior to reservation: Refund of total paid minus $100. (b) Less than 14 days prior to reservation: No refund on rental fee. All reservations not paid in full 14 days prior to reservation may be subject to cancellation with no refund due. We understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances may change your plans. If you find that you need to cancel, please call to discuss the situation. Reservation credit may be given in certain circumstances. Cancellations must be made in writing and verified by a response from TMR.

LOCALS DISCOUNT
The Locals Discount is $25 off all Weekend Standard Rates. Proof of residence in Mercer or Boyle County, KY is required; booking must be at least 14 days in advance and requested prior to booking.
HELPING HAND DISCOUNT
Organizations actively helping the community are eligible for rental discounts depending upon availability. Please reach out!
LONGER EVENTS DISCOUNT
A Full Day Session and Weekend Packages are discounted 20 to 40% over Standard Rates if booked separately.
LOYALTY GUARANTEE
Want to book again? We offer consistent pricing to customers who re-book within one year. Booking must be made by the same individual and requested prior to booking.
