Simplified pricing

Standard Rates to rent The Marigold Room are based on:

 a. the number of guests 

b.  the day of the week

c. the time of day 

Discounts are based off the Standard Rates. 

In order to book, please first consider the following:

how many guests do you plan to have at your gathering?

Small Groups = maximum of 20 guests.

Large Groups = maximum of 40 guests. 

What day of the week do you prefer?

  Friday, Saturday or Sunday are considered Weekends

Tues, Wed, or Thursday are the available Weekdays

Do you prefer Daytime, evening or the entire day?

The Marigold Room may be reserved for the following times :

Daytime Session - 8am to 2pm (6 hours)

Evening Session - 4pm to 10pm (6hours) 

Full Day Session - 8am to 10pm (14 hours) 


We offer pre-set times, (instead of by the hour), so that guests may utilize as much or as little time as needed  within the booked period,  allowing plenty of time for set up or cleanup, without rushing or concern for going over. Arrival or departure may be at anytime within the reserved session. 

A Full Day Session offers  an extra 2 hours and 10 to 15% off the Daytime & Evening Sessions Standard Rates if booked separately.

Limited furnishings are included so that our Guest Hosts can choose the best set up for their particular event. Additional furnishings are add-ons.

Discounts are off Standard Rates

Full Day Discount

Standard rates on Full Days are discounted 10 to 15% off Daytime / Evening rates if booked separately. (Plus 2 extra hours!)

Locals Discount

The Locals Discount is 10% off Standard Rates for all bookings. Proof of residence in Mercer County, or Boyle County, Ky is required.   

Community Groups

If you are a part of an organization that is helping others and looking for space to meet or hold a fundraiser, there may be discounts available just for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Sales Tax & Fees

All rental prices are subject to 6% sales tax. Credit card payments are subject to 3% fee on total. Fees are added at time of purchase.  We also accept cash, Venmo & Cashapp (no fees).

Deposit & ID

A refundable security deposit of $250 and photo ID is required at time of booking.
